How credits work
When using LuminaProse's service API keys (non-BYOK plans), usage is tracked through a credit system.
Credits are consumed based on the AI model and operation type. You can see your credit balance and
detailed usage history in your account dashboard at any time.
Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)
All paid plans support bringing your own OpenRouter API key.
When your own key is used, LuminaProse charges no platform markup on AI calls — you pay OpenRouter's
published rates directly. BYOK is a first-class feature, not an afterthought.
